Full payment must be made before work begins.

Available payment methods: PayLah! (Singapore Residents only) and PayPal (USD).

Up to 2 mix revisions are included in the price. Any additional revisions or vocal retakes would be charged an extra fee.

Turnaround time is approximately two weeks from the date of payment and file acceptance. There will be additional fees for rush jobs in order to expedite the mixing process and meet the stipulated deadline.

Instrumental - Minimum of 192kbps MP3 (44.1kHz/48kHz WAV preferred)

Vocals - 44.1khz/48kHz WAV Mono

Please record as cleanly as possible with minimal background noise and set the proper input level to ensure that there will be no clipping.

If you are not satisfied with a vocal take or find that there are loud background noises, please do a retake.

Overlapping vocal parts should be placed on separate tracks.

Remove any effects on the raw vocal tracks before exporting.

Please check that the files are named clearly according to their content (e.g., SingerName_Main_01.wav).

Before submission, double check the files to ensure that all the vocal parts in the song are present and are all lined up correctly from the start.
